Office of Space Management

The Finance Department’s Office of Space Management oversees state
leases and manages a variety of building projects. Many of the state's leases are
accessible online using our Lease Search tool. It also serves as a resource for
state agencies considering sub-lease and consolidation opportunities, as well as
cost comparisons for specific locations.
In order to keep Lease Search functionally simple, not all information regarding
each lease is displayed. However, it is readily available and will be provided on
request. For more information about a lease, contact the Department of Finance’s
