The Accounting and Administration Division is responsible for insuring ethical and accurate accounting of taxpayer money
for the Department of Finance. The division provides accounting services for 14 divisions of the department and is also responsible for the
maintenance of records and accounts. Some of the major responsibilities handled by the Accounting and Administration Division include budget
preparation, depositing revenues and funds, billing for services, payment of expenses and obligations, purchasing, contracts and financial reporting.
